Easy gluten free sourdough Pizza

When you’re making everything from scratch, easy meals are essential!! No one wants to slave over three meals everyday on top of everything else.

One of my families favorite easy meals is our version of a gluten free pizza. Made easy using gluten free sourdough bread as the crust!

So easy, just slice your gluten free sourdough bread into relatively similar sized slices. Line a cookie sheet with parchment paper. You now have the freedom to use your own choice of sauce and toppings. So many options!! Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

This way makes it easy to combine different eating specifications, and gives you the freedom to let everyone pick their own toppings!!
These are fan favorite toppings

After getting your toppings piled on throw it in the oven for a half hour.

I like to watch for the top to be brown. Take out of the oven and let cool for about ten minutes before you enjoy!

I use a pizza cutter to cut it down to bite size.

The kids love it!

Super easy, also super fun for kids to make their own!!

I hope your family enjoys it too!!

I was the odd kid.

Who was your most influential teacher? Why?

Narrowing it down to just one teacher is difficult! I had many teachers in my life that influenced me greatly. I had a very rough childhood which made me into the odd kid, the quiet kid, the obedient kid, the people pleaser.

Names are hard for me! This is what I remember.

In fifth grade my teacher stood up for me to my dad. That was not only a turning point in my life, it is a core memory of me realizing that my dad didn’t treat the outside world the way he treated us at home.

In the ninth grade I didn’t have money for a graduation dress. My science teacher took me to the atm and got out cash and gave it to me. I was so excited to go to the mall to get a dress!! I had never had someone be so kind and trusting of me. I remember the feeling of being confidently trusted without question, more than anything in the world, and I spent every penny on my dress and shoes. Her confidence in me set the tone for my life! I knew I always wanted people to trust me, and know I would do the right thing without question. That feeling was so empowering! I was surrounded by people daily that were not that way. I always knew I was not like them. I wanted to be a good person.

I could just go on all day!! I’ve had a lot of people come into my life that have been a positive influence! I call them my angels.

How do you daylily?

We moved into a new place last summer, boy has it been a transition! One of the best parts is the place I moved into was previously owned by a gardener like me! The fun part is it was so long ago that everything they left is huge! I have day lily’s coming out of my ears!!

Since they are growing in my space I am going to be using for my garden, I am trying to relocate them into lots of places all over the yard. Trust me there is no shortage of them!!

I was pulling the old fence out from around the old garden and they had grown into it!! Out popped a good sized bundle of bulbs along with the fence.

Being the very beginning of spring here in Michigan, they are small sprouts and it’s not going to hurt them to transplant them now. Actually it should help them as they are all so over grown they could use some space for sure!

I love these plants, as they are very low maintenance and the flowers are just gorgeous!

A tiny chunk of my transplanting journey

I’d love to hear what you are transplanting right now!!

Thanks for visiting!!

Have a super fantastic ultra amazing day!!
